Hayao Miyazaki

Hayao Miyazaki

This director here, from all the way from Japan, best maker on japanese animation, is the 1# Anime director who made movies. He directed some movies, and they were put into English dubbed by Hollywood’s best studios. Miramax, Universal, Touchstones, and something like that. His movies I like are “Castle in the Sky”, “The Cat Returns”, “Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind”, “Porco Rosso”, “My Neighbor Totoro”, “Kiki’s Delivery Service”, “Princess Mononoke”, and “The Secret World of Arrietty”. They were good. To the cast I found out were, Alison Lohman, Shia LaBeouf, Patrick Stewart, Mark Hamill, Anna Paquin, Debi Derryberry, Cloris Leachman, Dakota Fanning, Kirsten Dunst, Phil Hartman, Debbie Renyolds, Michael Keaton, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Cary Elwes, Claire Danes, Billy Bob Thornton, Gillian Anderson, Jada Pinkett Smith, Christian Bale, Josh Hutcherson, Crispin Freeman, Emily Mortimer, Anne Hathaway, Kristen Bell, Kristine Sutherland, Judy Greer, Tim Curry, Peter Boyle, Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Liam Neeson, and Bridget Mendler! Such great actors and actresses. I may like the ones I’d just said, but their are other anime/manga series I like the most.

Sid and Marty Krofft

Sid and Marty Krofft

These directors here, are the acutal directors who had their own productions studios, and made the famous TV show that happened in the 70’s and 90’s, and movie with Will Ferell, “Land of the Lost”! Sure they’ve must’ve done great jobs on other tv shows, but I still like “Land of the Lost”. I’d just found out that they are Canadian! Both born in Montreal Quebec, they are absolutly famous for what they’ve done.

And to their tv show on “Land of the Lost”, the 70’s version, DVD’s are now available at The ComicBookShoppe on Clyde Avenue in Ottawa!! And I must be very proud of them, and the movie with Will Ferrell. Their TV show, and movie are amazing, but it could be funny if Will yelled out;

“Matt Lauer Can Suck It!!”

And most of all, these two are both Canadian!!!

Red Dawn

Like the 1984 classic, this talks about how Koreans invaded USA, as they almost killed everyone. In this version it happened, in the 1984 version, it talked about how World War III began. With Chris Hemsworth, Josh Peck, Josh Hutcherson and Conner Cruise, they and other people play as the Wolverines! Patrick Swayze who happened in `Red Dawn`, 1984, must be very proud of them, as he watches them from heaven. Too bad he passed away. Other actors must be very proud of those actors in the remake of `Red Dawn`. Like C. Thomas Howell, from `The Outsiders`with Ralph Macchio before he was in `The Karate Kid`, Lea Thompson from 3 of the `Back to the Future` movies, Charlie Sheen before he was in `Anger Management`, and `Two and a half Men`, Darrel Dalton, from a part of `The Ousiders`, and Jennifer Grey, who was with Matthew Broderick in `Ferris Buellers Day Off`. So these actors in 2012 of `Red Dawn`, have done a good job, but they`ll need someone to kill Koreans. Lets just say Rambo, played by Slyvester Stallone! He was a pretty badass, as he killed Koreans. First, a group of peacelovers who want to bring peace, until they get killed by Koreans, except a woman who was freaking out! Then came you know who and mercinaries! Rambo wished he`d be there to help them out! But long live the Wolverines!

Young Frankenstein

Based on the book by Mary Shelley, this is a Mel Brooks film on whatever happened to the grandson of Dr. Victor Frankenstein! Played by Gene Wilder as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein, does the same thing like his grandfather. With the help of his Igor, ‘eye-gore’, and Inga, played by Marty Feldman and Teri Garr, they created the perfect life form. The monster in this movie was played by Peter Boyle, in which later on, did played a cat named Muta in an anime/manga movie with Anne Hathway, Cary Elwes, Tim Curry, Kristen Bell and Kristine Sutherland, “The Cat Returns”! I love that movie, especially the part when the girl, played by Anne Hathaway was transformed into a cat! Anyway, onto this. Also in this, is a blind man who was Gene Hackman! This was before he’d played Lex Luthor in 3 of the Superman movies with Christopher Reeve. And Cloris Leachman, as Frau Blucher, oh, she was hilarious as her last name scared the horses. And how she was playing the volin, as he told the doc that Victor Frankenstein was his boyfriend! She, as Cloris Leachman did played a crazy woman in the anime/manga movie “Castle in the Sky”, a teacher in the movie “The Iron Giant”, and another crazy anime person in “Ponyo”. 2 more actors to say. Kenneth Mars as the Inspector, in which he has clanking arm, until it was popped off by the monster when it was talking. And Madaline Kahn as Elizabeth, in which she became the Bride of Frankenstein!! You should have seen her hair, and how the way she dances. So there was a good ending, as it was like the classic 1931 version, and the sequel.
